🌸INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Before placing your order, it is essential that you provide me with clear references and specific details. This will help me deliver a more accurate result and avoid unnecessary revisions.

⭐Initial process

  • Once the order has been placed, I will send you a preliminary sketch for your approval.

  • You may request up to 2 changes at this stage. Additional changes will be charged separately.

⭐3D Backgrounds for VTubers (static or animated)

  • Send me a list of the elements you want to include (e.g., lamps, bookshelves, stuffed animals, lights, etc.), along with reference images. The more details you provide, the better I will be able to represent your idea.

  •  If your background will be animated, please let me know which objects you want to have animation (e.g., flashing lights, moving fans, screens, particles, etc.).

  • If you prefer, we can also design the space together from scratch, combining your ideas with my suggestions to create something unique and personalized.

⭐PixelArt Illustrations

Please provide a clear and detailed description of what you want to represent, including style, colors, poses, background (if applicable), and any visual references you consider useful.

​

⭐Emotes and Badges

  • For emotes, tell me what expressions or objects you want.

  • For badges or insignias, describe the elements that should appear (e.g., gems, crowns, levels, etc.) and, if possible, attach reference images.

🌸PAYMENTS

  • Payments for Emotes, Badges, and Illustrations must be made in advance before the commission begins.

  • For 3D commissions, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the project.

🌸REVISIONS

Revisions are designed to fine-tune details and ensure that you are satisfied with the final result. Therefore, it is very important that you provide clear and specific references from the outset.

⭐PixelArt Illustrations, Emotes, and Badges:

  • Includes up to 2 free revisions during the sketch stage or before the final render.

  • Additional changes after that will incur an extra cost, depending on the complexity.

​

⭐3D backgrounds (static or animated):

  • Includes up to 4 free revisions.

  • Additional modifications may also incur an extra cost, depending on the type of change requested.

🌸DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

📅 3D Backgrounds Statics: 4 weeks

📅 3D Backgrounds Animated: 4-5 weeks

📅 Pixel Art Illustration: 3-4 weeks

📅 Emotes and Badges: 1-2 weeks

These deadlines may vary depending on the complexity of the work and the number of revisions.

🌸USE

🎨All commissions are primarily intended for personal use, which means you can use them on your social media, streams, personal presentations, etc.

​

💼 If you wish to use the commission for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandising, direct monetization, etc.), an additional fee for commercial rights will be charged. Please make sure to indicate this from the outset so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

​

🖼️ I retain the copyright on all works I create. This allows me to share the work in my portfolio, on social media, or in promotions, unless otherwise agreed upon for confidentiality reasons.

​

🙏 I would greatly appreciate it if you mention or tag me if you share the art publicly. That helps a lot to support and promote my work!

🌸REFUNDS

Cancellations by the client: If you decide to cancel an order after it has begun, a penalty proportional to the progress made will be applied. At a minimum, 60% of the total amount will be retained, as it involves time and effort invested.

No refunds will be given for work already completed or delivered.

⭐Cancellations by the artist (me):

I reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • I am uncomfortable with the requested content

  • Personal or health issues arise that prevent me from completing it

​

In these cases, if the work has not yet begun or is in a very early stage, you will receive a full refund.

​

⚠️ Important

Delivery times may be extended if personal circumstances or technical issues arise. I will always try to give advance notice if something changes.

🌸COMMUNICATION

During the process, I will keep you informed about the progress of your order at each stage (sketch, review, final delivery).
